Our purpose is to create opportunities for students to help other students through mentorship, tutoring, community service, sports, and shared experiences. By connecting younger students with near-peer mentors and role models, we hope to build confidence, strengthen communities, and help more students feel supported and included. We believe that some of the most meaningful support comes from people who have recently walked in your shoes.

At its core, Leveling the Field is about creating a culture where students look out for one another, open doors for others, and help make opportunities more accessible for everyone.
